Mischa Barton was busted around 3 am this morning for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics (presumably in the pockets of her mom jeans)  and driving without a valid license.  The ‘narcotic’ was apparently a prescription drug she was not prescribed.  Boring! I always thought she was a methamphetamine kind of girl!

As of 12:18 EST, she is still in custody with $10,000 bail.  If only Ryan Atwood could wrangle up the funds, (Maybe ask the Cohens? They would understand!) He could spring her!  Then they could run away and be together, like they were always meant to god dammit!  It’s time to rewrite OC history!
