Lindsay Lohan was busted having a sip of champaign on New Year’s Eve. I hear this is a big deal because she is supposed to be sober but if you bought that you are probably the one on drugs!

Her lawyer said she only had a swig and then called her sponsor and I guess the evening had a heartwarming ending. Yeah, right. Probably more like heart-murmur ending after all the coke she snorted later that night!
